The excellent lighting in the master vanity area provides a perfect place for makeup and hair. The guest bath has an additional shower along with a washer and dryer. The unit contains a high quality, efficient air conditioning system. The living room sofa converts to a comfortable queen size bed and has a brand new 65” TV. In the kitchen area you and your family or friends will dine at a modern architectural wood dining table and four upholstered chairs. There are four comfortable stools at the breakfast bar. In the cozy media/reading room a queen size trundle bed and a new wall mounted TV offers a peaceful refuge for adults or children.

The expansive 304 square foot lanai is well furnished for lounging, entertaining, and capturing the stunning ocean and sunset views. The ocean view is silhouetted by the indigenous signature Cook Pines Trees. An impeccably landscaped and maintained pool and barbecue area with new barbecues and comfortable seating is only about a 3-minute walk from your doorstep. The recently remodeled and upgraded kitchen includes new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, modern lighting, and professionally designed cabinets. There is ample parking right outside your door, with a single step to enter the condo from front or side porch. For those who enjoy the beach, there are the nearby Kapalua beaches where you can sunbathe, snorkel, indulge in other popular water activities, or just enjoy the natural beauty of this peaceful Paradise. You can drive, walk, or take the complementary shuttle. The world famous Kaanapali beach is about a 15-minute drive away. Kapalua’s climate is considered the mildest in Maui, with temperatures mostly in the 80s and gentle, refreshing tropical breezes. In near proximity are world famous resorts such as The Ritz Carlton and the Montage as well as highly rated and scenic restaurants, including Merriman’s, The Plantation House, Taverna, and many others.   We had a great two week stay at your condo. The bed and furniture were very comfortable and the A/C kept us cool. Great location and use of Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Condo was very clean and nicely appointed.

  We had a fantastic week in Golf Villa 21T ! The villa was recently remodeled with great designing and finishes! You couldn't ask for a better place to spend a week vacation in paradise ! The property was clean , great location and so many pools for your access in short walking distance from the villa. Not to mention the the fabulous Bay Golf Course which the villa is located on.I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. Looking forward to another visit next year.

  We had the best stay! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We were a group of two couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. The spacious large balcony with huge ocean views was our favorite surprise about the condo. The pool and the gas grills are super close to the condo. The perfect location, everything you need for your stay is within walking distance. A 5 star experience from the day we booked our stay and all the way to our departure. We forward to our next trip at the condo next year!
