If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deeps while you view its mysteries from the comfort of a warm cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. All this can be done just minutes, even steps away from your Maui vacation rental!

We are centrally located in West Maui, 5 minutes north of Ka'anapali and 5 minutes south of Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.

  We had an amazing time in Nohonani 300! We traveled with 2 adults and 3 children (7-12) and everyone was blown away by the view (and sea turtle sleeping on the beach) the moment we walked in. The beach and pool were perfect for the kids (and adults). Coffee and equipment rentals are a quick walk and Lahaina and Whalers Village are short drives away.

  Overall, a good casual condo with an excellent view. Pros: Direct ocean front view. Turtles visible almost every day. Location near a bus stop and short drive to many good restaurants. Two bathrooms. Lots of towels. Corner/End unit. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, etc. Elevator. W&D in unit. Cons: No A/C. Had to slam front door to close it. Bedroom carpets need shampooing or replacing. Main bath needs a deep clean. The beach access was a long step down without a railing to a plastic step stool.

  I had no issues with this place. The view is great. I didn't realize at first that the pool in between it and the ocean so it's usually pretty loud. I'd definitely recommend this place, it's spacious and aesthetic inside. I was watching sea turtles from the balcony countless times. It was clean and definitely well maintained. There is a bluetooth speaker under the TV, which was a great discovery lol. Great customer service, easy check-in/check-out. Overall, unit 300 got a 10/10 from me.

  I would definitely recommend Nohonani #300 to anybody. Well maintained and clean grounds. Great location on the west end of the island. Walk to some stores and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Small rock reef just off the beach and we watched turtles feeding and swimming every day of our stay. They have a very nice small beach, unlike most adjacent properties. The unit is nicely appointed. Kitchen is small but well supplied with all needed pots, pans, utensils and appliances. The unit does not have air conditioning, which was a bit warm during the day, but it did cool down nicely at night and there are plenty of fans. Since you have to sleep with the windows open, you do get street noise in the front bedroom and you hear loud talking early-morning coffee drinkers on their balconies in the rear bedroom. But hey, you are in Hawaii and enough said...

  Condo located in West Maui, a mile north of Kaanapali beach. Nice condo with beautiful views, perfect spot to watch the sunset. 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a nice kitchen and great balcony. Everything was great except the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. The Property manager was good and provided kitchen cleaning supplies and even laundry soap. But I must say I was disappointed they did not supply enough toilet paper for 7 days.

  Great stay with a total of three families involved with 3 different condos. Ours was delightful. There was an odd issue of paint dripping from the condo upstairs was that cleaned up immediately after we notified Terry-she was on it !!! The one negative was the fact that major construction of a seawall is taking place next door and not sure how long that will last. The noise was LOUD but we left for other beaches on most of the days that was happening. Just check before you go. Perhaps it has subsided at this point. We will definitely book this condo again!

  Excellent location and very affordable as compared to other properties in the area. Fourth time staying at this location. Not as comfortable on this particular trip due the excessive pool noise. May is usually a good time to travel for older adults. COVID has changed traveling this year. We will plan on returning to this location in the future and hopefully traveling will be back to normal. This is a great location to watch turtles swimming and coming on to the sand to rest. We referred to the area as the turtle super highway.

  We loved our stay here. The unit was clean and well supplied with appliances, beach towels, bath towels and extra linens. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our meals to eat on the lanai. The proximity to the ocean was amazing. We watched turtles, whales and a wandering Hawaiian sea monk playing along the coast. My favorite thing about this unit was drifting off to sleep and waking up with the sound of the ocean. I would definitely reserve this unit again. To the managers, I would suggest removing that huge bed frame in the 2nd bedroom. It is much too large for that room and I bumped into it many times. It also makes the bathroom hard to access.

  What a great place if you like the “Old Hawaii” vibe which is what we were after. Small condo complex, quiet, great view of ocean.   You will not find a better spot than this one. The private beach is one of the only on this shore. Turtles come to visit daily and you can snorkel right out front. We stayed on unit 300 and it was perfect. Clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Only suggestion would be another chaise lounge for the balcony and maybe a better bed mattress. Everything else was well supplied. great resturants with in walking distance, great farmers market on Wednesday and Friday mornings just down the street. The on sight manger, Joe, was awesome. He keeps the pool area and grounds spotless. We will definitely return.

  Fantastic access to both heated pool and sand beach. This has to be one of the best properties in Napili-Honokawai. Largely clean. Beds comfortable, couch, less so. One bathroom has nicely updated shower. If you have kids, this place is perfect. Sand beach and sandy bottom allows kids to play in the ocean without worrying as much about the rocks/coral. I would give more stars but there was some work/construction being done on the property while we were there and we weren't given much notice. Also, some of the furnishings are pretty dated. Overall, a great value for a phenomenal location.

  The experience at Nohonani #300 was excellent. The view was spectacular and coffee on the balcony was just what the doctor ordered! Everything went smoothly - from check in to the stay in its entirety. We will be back for sure! Onsite Manager Joe was also extremely helpful. Only downside is no A/C. We were able to get used to it a bit with the use of the provided fans.

  We loved it! It was the best vacation I ever had! The condo was well-stocked, clean and right beside the ocean in a great neighbourhood with coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great beach and great service from Maui Lodging Properties. The only constructive comments I would leave would be to provide a broom, (we had to purchase one as the manager couldn't give us one) and we wish the pool had been open until 10 pm like the other places we have stayed in as most evenings we came home too late to use it. Other than that our stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and have told lots of friends who have asked.

  Nohonani is an outstanding home away from home. This time we stayed in Unit #300. It is lovely. From the deck we watched turtles lumber onto the beach for a sunbath during the day and at night, we admired the heavens filled with sparkling stars. The swimming pool was very inviting. The wi-fi was a little disappointing. It did not work most of the time, so it was difficult for me to keep up with some work, But who cares, it's Hawaii. We will rent this unit again on our next trip.

  Family with 2 kids stayed here for a week. We had a great time, condo is exactly as described and the view from the lanai is breath taking. Beach is very small, however, usually empty. We saw turtles on the beach practically every night.
  
  One small issue was the internet, it would down often and when it was up, was not very fast. Not a big deal and we did not bother to bring it up with the management company, did not fault them for that.
  
  I would recommend looking into paying for higher speed as some other guests may depend it on it more.

  We just got home from two weeks in Maui, one week was spent at this condo. The condo was very clean, had a gorgeous view, nice pool, comfy beds. The wifi was a bit spotty at times, but I didn't spend any time trying to figure out why, so it could have been a quick fix? We saw lots of turtles and rainbows from the lanai. The temperature of the condo was comfortable from breeze from opening the windows and doors, no a/c needed when oceanfront. I would absolutely recommend this condo to a friend, and consider staying here again on a return visit.

The internet can somtimes be a tricky thing here on the island and noticed there happen to be lots of issues in the area while you were here and that inconvience has been fixed. As far as broken things aside from the dishwasher rack (which we had ordered and fixed during your stay) I had not heard of anything else that was broken or in disrepair. We do encourage our guests to call and let us know anything we can do to make you stay the best it can be while you are with us. Our property manager, Herb is going over to the unit to do a through assesment of things on Monday.   The condo's location was great. It was close to market, ABC store, gas station, Bad *** Coffee shop, parks and ofcourse the beach. Listening to the waves was relaxing and watching the turtles was a plus. The only negative thing I can say is that at night, the pool light and the light by the grill were on all night and the brightness was offensive. Even with the curtains pulled shut, it made it difficult for me to sleep because it was never dark enough in the room. If you don't mind sleeping with lights on, this is a great place to stay.

  We were very impressed with the location and condition of Nohonani 300. The condo had everything that we needed and the view was spectacular. There were sea turtles that hung out in front of the condo, and one turtle regularly slept on the beach at night. Although there was no air conditioning, it was a very comfortable temperature in the condo. Sea breezes kept the place cool.
  Our only caution for future renters would be that the pool below the lanai is usually full of screaming kids all afternoon and evening.
