  This was a great find for a last minute stay. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. Lovely ocean views, and whale action since we were there in March. The lanai is adjacent to the pool area, and for that reason is less private, but if you had kids along it would be very convenient. It can get a little noisy. But the great location offset that.   After a two year delay we finally made it to Maui. This is a perfect location right on the water. You can watch whales while having morning coffee on the lanai, then stroll over to the beach to view turtles in the afternoon. The pool and BBQ area are steps away. We enjoyed our evening meals and beverages on the lanai while watching the sunset. Looking forward to a return trip.

  We split our trip on Maui and spent half our time at this location. Noelani 115 was perfect for our stay with our young girls. We could enjoy the beach in the morning, head back for lunch and let the girls swim in the pool right off the lanai. We had everything we needed and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. The turtles basking in the nearby beach was icing on the cake. There are a few places within walking distance but plan on driving to most restaurants, etc. We were looking for a more laid back stay so the location was perfect for our needs. Definitely consider this location for your Maui stay.

  Perfect location right on the ocean! Have stayed at the Noelani many times over the years. Unit is clean with everything you need. Nice TV ‘s and comfortable bed. I would recommend thicker seat cushions for the dining room chairs and add a comfortable chair in living room. We didn’t need the A/C. Terry was excellent in customer service! I recommend the Noelani to everyone I know...we’ll be back in 8 weeks.

  We had a wonderful 10 days at Noelani #115. This unit is steps from the pool and the view is amazing. There is air conditioning in the bedroom but not in the rest of the unit. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you will need. There are many turtles that can been watched from the pool area during the day and at night they would come to the sandy area south of our unit and rest for the night. We saw as many as 22 one night. It takes about 5 minutes before the water becomes hot in the shower just plan ahead! Property management company was easy to deal with and were quick to come to the unit when we couldn't get the cable tv to work. It was a quick fix. We will come back again!

  After many years of staying at Westin Villas, we opted for a different experience this year. This condo was an amazing place to check out and de-stress. There were very few people the week we were there and hit the jacuzzi every night - just 20 steps from the unit. Not often do you find that the bedroom faces the ocean - fell asleep listening to waves every night was amazing. Nicely updated kitchen, bed is super comfortable and the TV's have been upgraded - not that we watched much with a million dollar view. The lanai was spacious and we ate meals outside morning and evening. The bathroom is huge, but hot water in shower takes forever to get warm. I am glad that they had and A/C unit in the bedroom, but wish there was central air. The bathroom could use an update, but all of these things are a small sacrifice for this unit. Parking is free and very easy to get to - maybe 30 yards door to door. No hauling luggage for a mile out to building 8 in a large resort. And while I am sure there are kids that are there from time to time, it was spectacular to have none there during our stay. We will be back for sure! Mahalo!

  I am reluctant to tell everyone how fantastic this condo is as I am afraid it won’t be available when I want to come back! I travel to Maui every year with my now 16 year old son. We have stayed in many places in Honokawai, each of which have their attributes, but this was my favorite! 5 steps from the Lana’i to the pool and hot tub which hovers just above the ocean where you watch multitudes of turtles frolicking in the water. The grills are right there as well and it was such a great place to hang out at night. Not to mention all the wonderful guests we met! The only potential downside are for those who want quiet and privacy. We are not those people and loved every minute. In addition, there are beaches in front and next to the property you can swim and snorkel from which is really hard to find in Honokawai. It was so hard to leave in general and hardly did while we were there, which is unusual for us.

  We love this place - location is amazing, and the little beach right next to the property is a secret treasure. So many turtles visit right in front of the property, we watched them for hours. Only draw back is one of the pools was closed for our first few days of our time there because of water contamination - but luckily there is another pool that we were able to use.

  We loved this unit! It was in a beautiful location, with an incredible view of the ocean and next door beach. We could watch turtles every morning and evening right outside our Lana’i. The unit itself was beautifully outfitted and comfortable. The location is easy to get to all sightseeing locations. The managers were very helpful when I called with questions. It was advertised as having air conditioning and it really didn’t . We found a portable unit in the closet, but it was marked “not working” ( for the last year!). There were several fans but It was a bit warm at night for sleeping. We did get some breezes through the screens sometimes. I feel that it should have been checked and set up by the management before we got there. That would be my only concern.
